ENZYMES FOR DISTILLERY

Alcohol production is a mature industry with potable alcohol being produced by conventional fermentation process. The choice of raw material differs from region to region but are basically of two different types of feedstocks namely, starch and sugar based. Starch-based Distillery is divided further into Grains and Tubers like Rice, Wheat, Corn, Barley, Millet etc. and cassava roots. Whereas, Sugar-based distillery gets further divided into feedstocks like treated Cane Juice, Cane Molasses, Beet Juice, Beet Molasses etc.

Enzymes play a major role in improving the efficiency of the fermentation process resulting in higher yields by utilizing dextrins and polymers which Yeast cannot metabolize directly, eliminating bacterial contaminants reduced waste and lower raw material costs.

Enzymes for distillery manufactured by ANSEL BIOTECH are cost effective and it will also improve the fermentation process and produce a better sustainable yield of ethanol/ alcohol at a faster rate.
